Craft “Lesovichok”. Master class “Old Forest Man Mouse made of pine cones and plasticine. Master Class

Gnomes

We will celebrate 2014 at home, in the company of friends. For each guest I came up with small gifts - souvenir gnomes on stands. Initially, they will serve as holders of cards with the names of friends.... so as not to confuse where and whose plate is, and who should sit where)))) And then each guest will take his own gnome home.
What do you think of my idea? :)

The coasters are cut out of wood, sanded, coated with white acrylic paint and decorated with festive ribbon.MerryChristmas.
I bought ribbons as if without a purpose, simply because they were beautiful :)), in the My Hobby store , and they fit into the plot so well :)

Coasters in two colors and two sizes:
- double - 4 x 8cm
- single - 4 x 4cm
The tapes fit very well into the plot of the work

I made big ones for the little, already loved :) gnomes.

In the same style, from the same materials, but with more interesting caps + the collar was decorated with decorative stitching.

If desired, the gnomes can be removed from the stand, played, nursed, hung on a Christmas tree, etc.

The big ones stand stably on a flat surface and don’t roll around like little tumblers)

The height of the large gnome without stand is 11cm
On a stand - 16cm
Belly diameter)) - 4cm

Materials: wood, natural felt made in Germany, acrylic paints, metal bell.

Lesovichki-borovichki

You can see these fabulous creatures only on New Year's Eve... the rest of the time they are very busy.
Strict accounting of berries, mushrooms, cones, nuts. Plant Christmas trees, feed the birds and animals... but who knows what important things to do? Forest disputes alone cannot be sorted out until noon!
So the wise gnomes work all year round, preserving the peace and purity of the magical forests.

To understand how charming they are, you need to hold them in your hands :)
Because even the best photograph cannot convey all the emotions!

Take a closer look... they are all the same in appearance. In fact, everyone has their own character. One is good-natured, the other is completely naive :), the third is frowning - apparently there is a shortage again in the forest accounting department))) The fourth is very important, no less Gandalf the White. Well, the fifth one suffered the fate of the informal))
I'll tell you about it a little later...

The gnomes are sewn from natural German felt. They feel very cozy and soft to the touch:)) Straightening and styling your beard is a special pleasure:) - baby alpaca, superkid mohair and merino wool work wonders.

The faces are made of jersey.
The height of lesovichki with a curved cap is 13cm

They stand stably on a flat surface and do not require additional support.
Filling - holofiber.

In order to give stability to each gnome’s tummy, I placed a small stone of Crimean pebbles, which I brought from my hikes. Without the “weighting agent” they would be completely weightless, but so, there is the right center of gravity in the right place)))

Well, the magical ringing of bells on the caps! Where would we be without him :)

In this photo, the ZZ Top dwarf is on a makeshift stage in the company of fans))

The guitar turned out to be very realistic.
I bought a cardboard cutout, painted it, stretched silver strings (metallic threads) and our dwarf became a real rock guitarist!

Fly agarics

I've been nurturing the idea for quite a long time. I wanted the fungus to be as similar to the real one as possible and at the same time look elegant. As a result, two patterns were born: the first - fly agarics in the form of Santa's New Year's cap... with a beautiful soft pompom :) and the second, slightly smaller in size - a more classic version.

I spent a couple of days fiddling with the edge of the cap to get a nice “wave” and at the same time deepen the inside. It would seem that the detail is simple, but with a whim. Everything is simple with the leg. The leg is the same in Africa:) ..a little longer, a little shorter, narrower/wider, with or without frill (I like the version without frill better) Then I added a metal frame made of thick wire. This gave the mushroom a more playful mood.

Fly agarics three sizes And in two colors(small/large peas):

- large, in the form of a New Year's cap with a pompom - 13cm

- medium (without pompom :)) - 9cm

- small 3.5cm / 4.5cm.

Materials:

American cotton, linen, holofiber stuffing, soft wool pompom.

The wire frame inside the stem adds mobility to the mushroom. You can bend the stem, tilt the hat beautifully, and the composition will take on a completely different, more mischievous character.

The author of these mushrooms is Francesca and her cozy blog Habby Home ... below the link are very tasty photos of fly agaric mushrooms with raspberries! And, a little higher, flaxseed chocolate with yogurt. It’s impossible to pass by :)) I was tempted and sewed a couple based on Francesca’s photographs. Thanks to the author for the inspiration!

And two more types of charming gnomes!

Various fairy-tale creatures live in the forest more often. In the swamp, together with the merman, the kikimora rules. It is she who leads lost travelers into the disastrous swamps. Mermaids splash on lakes under the moon. Baba Yaga is waiting for uninvited guests in the hut, and her assistant, the goblin, is hiding behind the trees.

Of course, not everyone has the opportunity to meet these creatures. We don't even strive. Today we will make our own forest from natural materials. Join us.

To work you will need:

Plasticine
- fir cone
- branches
- chestnut plus (optional)
- darkened dried leaves to create the appropriate surroundings.

First, we will work with a yellow ash leaf and a fir cone, and give the character a scraggly beard. To do this, cut half of an ash leaf into narrow strips 0.5–3 cm long.

Making a long beard for a devil's head is not enough. Let's sculpt the hero's eyes, eyebrows, mouth from plasticine, and make a nose from a short hooked branch.

We place the parts on the spruce body as shown in the picture. You must work with plasticine elements very carefully so as not to damage their shape. The scales of the cone easily cut the plasticine in half.

Next, let's take care of the hands of the devil. Of course, it would be great to make them from branches. However, where can you find two simultaneously thin and branched sticks? There is a way out, you need to get bunches of ordinary rowan. We separate the berries from the tails, align the length of the arms, and form two ovals from brown plasticine.

We attach new elements to the body of the goblin. The hero's beard was designed very well. The stripes hide the pieces of plasticine that attach the arms from prying eyes.

Brown-green chestnut plus is an optional material for crafts. However, it looks good as a devil's hat. If possible, the plush can be replaced with green moss.

Two plasticine ovals - the legs of a devil. Let's not invent anything else.

Here is a finished character made from natural materials. There is one drawback to the craft - the goblin cannot stand on its own. We'll have to find support for him.

Let's place black and gray leaves next to the forest monster. It's deep autumn in the forest. A goblin wanders along the path in search of lost travelers.

We wish everyone a great weekend and original creative ideas!

Such creativity develops imagination and hand motor skills. The pine cone forest is a cute fairy-tale character that can become a decoration in a children's room.

What to make a craft from

One of the most interesting materials given by nature are the cones of coniferous trees. They can be found in park areas or in the forest. It’s better to collect more in advance if you find yourself in nature. At first, the cones can be a regular decorative element if they are placed in a round aquarium. But if you wish, you can make cute fairy-tale characters out of them. Today we will learn how to make the craft “Forest from cones”.

Craft "Leshy" from pine cones

List of materials:

  • pine cones of different sizes;
  • fresh pine sprig;
  • pine sticks without needles;
  • multi-colored plasticine;

Technique:

  1. Take two pine cones, a larger one for the body and a smaller one for the head. If the cones are unopened, first keep them in a warm room for several days so that they dry and open.
  2. Attach the head to the body with brown plasticine.
  3. Then we start making the handles. Attach two small bumps, identical in size, to the body with plasticine - these are the shoulders of Leshy.
  4. On two pine sticks, it’s good if they are clumsy and knotty, a small ball of plasticine is attached to one end and fixed in the depths of the small cones-shoulders.
  5. For the legs of the forester, you need two thicker sticks. They are attached to plasticine in the depths of the cone-body. So that Leshy can stand, make him bast shoes from plasticine.
  6. Let's start designing the face. A green pine branch is attached with plasticine to the figurine’s chin. Using scissors, trim the resulting beard slightly.
  7. Use green and pink plasticine to mark the eyes and mouth. Attach a tiny bump in the center of the face - this will be the nose. The “forest of cones” is ready, all that remains is to find a suitable shelf for it. If you wish, you can create a house from branches or a hut from matches.

Craft "Old Man-Lesovichok"

Tools and basic materials:

  • spruce cones;
  • (ball made of wood);
  • nut shell;
  • gnarled branches of varying thickness;
  • doll hair;
  • dry flowers;
  • Super glue;
  • cotton threads;
  • children's plasticine;
  • scissors, knife, awl;

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. The pine cone tree begins to be made from a mushroom. You need to cut out a suitable face on it.
  2. Pierce the head and (torso) with an awl. Connect with a toothpick and secure with glue.
  3. Glue sticks to the pine cone, which will be the arms and legs.
  4. Take two walnut shells. Using a drill, drill in the middle of each hole. Next, the shell is stuffed tightly with plasticine and fixed with glue to the legs of the figurine.
  5. The final touch is to attach the hair and make a hat. “Old Lesovichok” turned out to be nice from the cones. You can give it to your grandmother or “house” it in a flower pot.

Craft "Lesovik" from fir cones

Materials and tools:

  • a straight stick up to 25 cm in length;
  • board for stand;
  • spruce cones;
  • burdock flowers;
  • sphagnum moss;
  • tow;
  • textile;
  • ropes;
  • Super glue.

Operating technique:

  1. Attach the skeleton stick to the base. From two cones of spruce, attach hands to a stick. The top of the stick will serve as the head.
  2. Wrap a piece of fabric around the part of the stick that will represent the body. Secure it with a rope.
  3. Stick burdock flowers onto the fabric and cover with moss on top, secure with glue and ropes.
  4. The pine forest is ennobled with tow hair. For decoration, you can tie a scarf or cut a hat from birch bark. Make shoes for the figure from rolls of birch bark.

The article discussed several master classes on making lesovichka from cones. We hope they will help parents and children conduct interesting joint activities in making this craft.

But cones are such a wonderful natural material, you can not stop only at this product, but show your imagination and make many other crafts on various topics.

“Leshy” is a craft made from natural and waste materials. Master class with step-by-step production and photos.

The work is intended for children aged 7 years and older, teachers and parents.

Purpose of the work: to make “Leshego” from natural and waste material.

Objectives: master the technique of making “Leshy”; develop practical skills in working with natural and waste materials; develop the child's imagination and imagination.

Materials and tools:

  • Autumn leaves, spikelets, hops, rowan berries, ash flakes,
  • plastic medicine bottle,
  • scissors,
  • double sided tape,
  • glue stick,

Goblin- this is the main owner of the forest, the forest spirit, the forest grandfather. Leshy is the patron saint of forest animals. He makes sure no one gets hurt in the forest. He helps good people get out of the forest, but confuses bad people, forcing them to walk in circles. He sings without words, claps his hands, laughs, cries. The goblin can be represented in plant, animal, and human images.

My goblin is a kind protector of the forest.

Step-by-step process of making “Leshy”.

I propose to make “Leshego” from natural and...

Use a hole punch to make two green and one yellow circles for the eyes and nose. Cut off the corner of the red paper and you get a mouth. Glue the eyes, nose and mouth onto the lid.

Glue a hop cone onto your head.

Glue two spikelets on the sides of the bottle - the hands of the devil. Decorate the chest with two maple leaves.

Glue hop cones, rowan berries, and ash flakes onto the free space of the chest.

Glue a maple leaf to the back or decorate it in the same way as the chest.

Our Leshy is ready. Let's put it surrounded by autumn leaves, berries and ash flies.

We welcome another work to our collection of crafts from unwanted CDs, and, of course, at the end...

Who doesn’t know the devil - one of the most mysterious inhabitants of dense forests? And he has so many nicknames: boletus, lesovik, mokhovik, leshak, connecting rod and others. A fairy-tale creature keeps order in the forest. All birds and animals are afraid of him. Of course, the goblin makes friends with swamp kikimors, devils and mermaids.

You won’t see a devil in modern cartoons, but in old ones – very often the hero demonstrates love and thrift in relation to nature, as well as intolerance towards people who are indifferent to the environment.

What does a goblin look like? Differently. This is a many-faced creature. The picture below shows one of the options for a pine cone tree. It’s a pity there wasn’t a single piece of moss around, otherwise the hero would have looked even more original.

So, in the work we use:

  • - autumn leaves,
  • - Pine cone,
  • - acorn caps,
  • - dry chestnut peels,
  • - branches,
  • - plasticine.

By the way, the lack of peel or acorns should not be an obstacle to creating an arborist. These materials can be replaced with branches and plasticine.

An open cone of a Crimean pine is the finished body of a devil. You can, of course, use a Scots pine cone in your work, but the craft will be small in size. To begin, select a thin, hooked branch as a nose and secure it between the scales using a piece of brown plasticine.

At the next stage, the eyes and mouth of the craft are sculpted from plasticine, and the parts are carefully attached to the pine cone.

Caps of acorns on cuttings are ready-made hands of a devil. Surely no one has reliably seen what the limbs of the forest guardian look like. The finished parts are attached to the sides of the cone with two balls of plasticine.

Does the hero look like a devil? Exactly the same. It’s a pity that there is no moss to decorate the thick eyebrows, shaggy beard and sleeves of the craft. But if you have them, feel free to use them!

It was decided to use dry chestnut peels as legs. The goblin probably has size 42 feet or boots - fast walkers, because he moves with lightning speed through thickets and impassable paths. There the villain completely confuses the lost tourists.

The feet of the craft are attached to the bottom of the cones using two balls of brown plasticine. Here we must try to make the goblin resistant to capsizing.

All that remains is to stick a maple twig on the top of the head or make another disguise. The craft from the Leshy cone is ready.

The remains of natural materials and autumn leaves are beautifully laid out around the hero.

Here he is - the owner of the forest in all his glory. The goblin turned out to be not scary, but very cute. Surely, he will find a common language with all the children in kindergarten.

It remains to wish the young needleworkers creative success! So that you always have interesting ideas in your head and have materials for their implementation!

Educator:

Guys, ah Old man - forest boy ours is not simple, it is made from various forest materials such as pine cone, moss, pistachio shell and leaves (shows children a sample of the future crafts) .

The teacher distributes to the children material and tools that will be needed for making crafts. Next, safety precautions when working with tools and materials which will be needed for making this craft. And also the correct location materials and tools on the table. Every natural material deals with children in detail. "What it is? Where do they grow?, “How is it used by humans?”.

Well done boys. How much do you know about the forest?

Explanation of the work.

Educator:

Guys, let's together draw up a consistent plan for doing our work.
